When you send a quote request or contact form we collect your name, e-mail address, phone number, company name and the content of your request. When you browse the site we collect technical data: device and browser type, truncated IP address, pages visited and time of visit.
How we use it
Request data is used only to prepare your quote and to communicate with you about your order. Technical data is used to keep the site running, to analyse traffic and to measure advertising results. We do not sell data or pass it to third parties for marketing.
Cookies
Necessary cookies keep your enquiry basket and your cookie choice and are always on. Analytics and advertising cookies (Google Analytics, Google Ads) are set only with your consent. Without consent Google receives anonymous, cookieless signals only. You can change your choice by clearing this site's data in your browser.
How long we keep data
Request data is kept for up to three years after the last contact; accounting records for the seven years required by law. Analytics data is retained in Google Analytics for 14 months.
Your rights
You may ask what data we hold about you, request its correction or deletion, and withdraw consent at any time by writing to info@ostakingitus.ee. You may also lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (aki.ee).
